• 5-Course Beer Tasting with small plate pairings, hosted by Dr. Rudy Liddell.
• 100 percent of the proceed from ticket sales will benefit the FDA Foundation.

How to Enter

1. Create a CBSsports.com account.
2. Click here to join the Molar Madness bracket pool. 
3. Teams are announced on Selection Sunday, March 17.
4. Complete and submit your bracket in the Molar Madness Bracket Pool by the start of game 1 on March 19.

How to Win

The contestant with the highest score after all the games are played will win a table for 10 ($1,000 value) at the “Beer Tasting in Paradise” event on Thursday, June 27 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at FDC2019. Gift is transferable but has no cash value. Additional prizes will be awarded at the discretion of FDA Services.

Scoring

• Points for picking the correct winner of each game are as follows:
  • 1 point for correctly picking a winner in the round of 64
  • 2 points for correctly picking a winner in the round of 32
  • 4 points for correctly picking a winner in the round of 16
  • 8 points for correctly picking a winner in the round of 8
  • 16 points for correctly picking a winner in the round of 4
  • 32 points for correctly picking the Championship game winner
  • Tiebreaker will be the total combined points of the championship game. Further tie-breakers will consist of a coin toss.

Rules:

1. Contestants must be Florida licensed dentists or enrolled in full-time dental student at Florida dental school.
2. No purchase is necessary in order to participate.
3. The 2019 Molar Madness Bracket contest is hosted by FDA Services. Inc.
4. Each contestant may fill out only one bracket.
5. Your bracket should be easily identifiable (first and last name) in order to facilitate communication with winner.
6. Only brackets filled out on the FDA Services “Molar Madness” CBS Sports Pool found at http://molar-madness.mayhem.cbssports.com will be considered in determining a contest winner. Brackets will be available on Sunday, March 17th, 2019 and must be submitted before the start of the first game on Tuesday, March 19, 2019.
7. 8. Winner will be revealed the week of April 8, 2019 through FDA Services social media channels. Winner will receive an email with instructions for claiming prize. If the winner does not respond to said email within 72 hours, a new winner, with the next highest score, will be chosen.

10. Winners agree to allow FDA Services to make use of their name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes.
11. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. In the event an announced prize becomes unavailable or the supply becomes exhausted, FDA Services reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value and the winner agrees to accept such prize without limitation.
13. FDA Services is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control (telephone malfunctions, postal delivery delays, etc.), that may affect the outcome of a contest.
14. FDA Services reserves the right to suspend this Promotion at any time, if in its judgment, the contest participants have conducted themselves in an unfair manner or attempted in any way to influence the outcome of the contest.
15. All matters not specifically addressed in these rules shall be determined at the sole discretion of the management of FDA Services.
16. In the event of any dispute involving a contest, the decision of FDA Services management is final.
